The Role:

VincentCare Victoria is seeking an appropriately-qualified person to take on the position to provide information, advocacy, referral and case management support to single women and women with children who have experienced Family Violence and are homeless and/or at risk of homelessness as a result.

Hume Hub was established in 2016 to incorporate the family violence support programs that have been operating in Shepparton for many years. The Hub also provides emergency relief, financial counselling and capacity building and Home Care Packages.

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications;
  • Experience working in Housing and Homelessness;
  • Experience working Family Violence, Children or Family Services;
  • Knowledge/Experience in Trauma Informed Practice;
  • Experience providing Crisis and Case Management Services;
  • Excellent communication skills.
