A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an exceptional administrator to join a high performing human resources team, within a global law firm. This role is based in Perth and will provide high level administrative support to the Australian Human Resources team and all internal clients in Australia and globally.

With a relatively small domestic HR team based in Perth and Sydney, this role will perfectly suit someone who is enthusiastic and motivated, loves to roll up their sleeves and get involved, is proactive with a high degree of client focus, and has a passion or keen interest in human resources.

Key responsibility areas will include:

  • Provide administrative support of a confidential nature across all HR processes, both local and global, relating to Australian partner and employee hires/onboarding, departures and movements.
  • Assist with the preparation of confidential and time-critical paperwork including contracts, correspondence and internal and external notifications relating to staff appointments and movements.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including university recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist with the administration and coordination of HR projects and initiatives relating to Health & Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, social events and other general HR projects.

What you will bring to the role

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have previous administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment, or at least one year's experience in a HR administration or HR graduate role. A relevant tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.

Confidentiality, discretion and professionalism are essential for this role, as are exceptional organisational skills, follow through and efficient turnaround times. You will also have very high attention to detail, well developed verbal and written communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
