We have an exciting opportunity for a
Systems Development Team Leader to join
ourIT team, working with Craig Chapman. This role can be based in any
of our National offices.
This is an essential role within our
well regarded IT team.
You will be reporting to the IT Business
Systems Manager and will be primarily responsible for:
Designing, developing and maintaining the firm's developed
software products of which the key application is the firm's
workflow driven, web-based Case Management system
Continually enhance and improve the firm's developed application suite
Debugging, troubleshooting, supporting and maintaining of the
firm's developed based systems
Automating deployment and testing efforts to improve overall team efficiency
Regularly manage and review the Development Teams' performance,
providing them with feedback and the development of plans to
facilitate ongoing improvement in line with the team business plan
The ideal candidate will have:
Advanced experience with a range of
development tools and products in particular the Microsoft .Net
suite of technologies and other web development languages
Demonstrated experience with K2 or
similar business process management (BPM) tools
Experience leading a team of
developers including contractors and external consultants
Solid problem-solving skills
Experience working on Agile
software delivery projects
A solid understanding of secure
development methods and approaches
Experience within a mid-large size
corporate environment is preferred
