We have an exciting opportunity for a Bids & Proposals Project Coordinator to
join our Business Development & Marketing (BDM) team.
Sydney is the preferred location though we
are open to the role being based in our Newcastle, Brisbane or Melbourne offices.
This newly created role will see you report to the Bids &
Proposals Project Manager.
You will be responsible for supporting the broader BDM team to
coordinate the preparation and submission of winning bids and related
collateral, in addition to:
Maintaining the bid library, ensuring all content and data is up
to date, accurate and strategically written.
Working to prepare whole or part bid and proposal responses,
capability statements, short form proposals and other bid-related BD collateral
Supporting the BDM team to maintain bid and opportunity records in
the CRM
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience within a bids and proposals environment
(desirable not essential)
An understanding of the legal profession and/or
accounting/management consulting or a professional services
environment (desirable not essential)
Project coordination skills
High attention to detail
Above average skills across the Microsoft Office Suite, document,
process management and client management tools
An interest in keeping up-to-date industry trends in tender and
proposals trends
