The role

Our high-performing and dynamic Business Development & Marketing
team is searching for its newest team member, a Brand &
Communications Advisor. Reporting directly to the Director of Business
Development & Marketing, you will become a valued member of the
team, responsible for driving and coordinating all elements of the
firm's digital profile.
Your responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:
Website - maintaining and updating content, improvement projects,
development of meaningful content, annual audit and analytics.
Social media - planning and producing content with both the BD and
HR teams across LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, maintaining the
branding elements on all platforms.
Webinars - planning and delivery of webinars, running of webinars
through the ON24 platform and promotion of the webinar campaigns.
Brand assets - gatekeeper of the firm's brand guidelines, design
of dynamic brand assets and support to internal stakeholders on
design projects.
Communications - drive internal and external communication
projects including the intranet, newsletters, EDMs and reporting on
various communications.
In this role you will work closely with the national Business
Development & Marketing team members and various stakeholders,
located throughout Australia.
Your role will be varied and will continue to be that way as you
progress your career with us. You will be challenged and busy, but we
will ensure you have work life balance.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a
communications role. You will be able to operate at a fast pace. You
hold yourself to a high standard, with a desire to continuously learn
and improve.
The Business Development & Marketing team offers flexibility with
remote working for the right candidate.

dynamic and high-performing team, led by the Director of Business
Development & Marketing from our Brisbane office. Working in
different offices, the team meets virtually both formally and
