Food and Beverage Operations Manager

About the Role Located at Perth Airport, you will be accountable for the profitable day to day management of food and beverage outlets with support of your Business Managers across the airport terminals whilst providing effective management and leadership to a growing food and beverage team, ensuring the delivery of first class food and beverage services to clients and guests.
Effective management of all food and beverage operations in order to meet strategic and financial goals;
Leading the site Safety, Environment and Quality team whilst ensuring Hazard / Incident Reporting and driving sites compliance of Safe Work Procedures;
Engaging the Business Managers to drive guest satisfaction through their teams with delivery of seamless customer service;
Analysing trends to ensure best sellers are always in stock to meet guest needs and profitability, while maximising the variety of products;
Coach and support Business Managers to drive product quality, catering presentation to maximise sales;
Implementation of internal policies and procedures whilst ensuring compliance and timeframes are adhered to for reporting timeframes;
Financial and Cost management reporting to General Manager;
Managing and monitoring the profit and loss statement including analysing of Sales Trends, COGS, Payroll and Consumables;
Criteria / Qualifications
Food Safety Supervisor Certification
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Operations or other related discipline is desirable
