A fantastic opportunity is now available at El Questro resorts for an experienced and enthusiastic applicant for the role of Activities Manager to join our Activity and Logistics department. With the Cockburn Ranges as a backdrop, El Questro offers an energetic and social working environment whilst providing the opportunity to explore our amazing backyard and experience the exceptional.
From April to October, El Questro offers three unique resorts, being; Emma Gorge, The Station Township and The Homestead. At these we offer a wide range of Accommodation, Tours and Restaurants catering for all walks of life.
As a true activities specialist, you will partner with the General Manager and the Operations team to create special guest and team experiences. Leveraging your knowledge and skills, you will oversee and coordinate all the resorts’ operations, activities and movements throughout the year. You will be in charge of all activities to make sure that all the resorts’ services are operating smoothly and effectively.
Your role responsibilities will include;
Organisation of all the resorts activities to make sure that all programs are running smoothly.
Coordinating remote logistics between 3 properties.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with external tour operators, local business, marketing avenues, government bodies, staff and primarily guests.
Design and implementation of tailored programs across 3 very different and unique resorts to further enhance the experience for guests during their say at one of Australia’s iconic destinations.
Promoting of our increased activity offerings in line with Delaware North’s marketing strategy.
Analyse current activity offerings, identify improvements and develop future opportunities.

Unrestricted/Open Driver’s License
MR License desirable.
Operations Management qualifications are desirable but not essential as proven experience will be vital.
This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro resorts for the duration of the season.
