Business Support Officer - Phillip Island Nature Parks

The company also owns a selection of award-winning destination resorts as well as a series of premium restaurants and catering services that are leaders in the industry.
Delaware North are excited to be contracted as the new food and beverage operator at Penguin Parade, the Nobbies Centre, Churchill Island and the Koala Conservation Centre for the Phillip Island Nature Parks. To support with this new contract we are looking for an energetic and driven professional to join Delaware North team at the Phillip Island Nature Parks as the Business Support Officer.
About the Position:
The Business Support Officer is responsible for the day to day administrational support, including but not limited to the efficient processing of payroll, creditor invoices, debtor invoices and payments in line with company policy and procedures. The Business Support Officer must also undertake a range of accounting duties in relation to debtors to ensure an accurate and smooth financial operation at Phillip Island Nature Parks.
To be considered in this role you will have:
The ability to Manage, plan and prioritise workload to achieve set goals
Sound literacy and numeracy experience
Computer proficiency and proven ability in using Microsoft Office applications, including word processing (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel)
Experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent commercial judgement and decision-making skills
Effective communication, interpersonal and service skills
