We currently have an opportunity for a 2 year Lawyer to join our Corporate Advisory team in Newcastle. Within this role, you will be responsible for assisting senior lawyers within the team. You will gain experience working on Corporate and Commercial advice, drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating transaction documents and legal research.

You will have to opportunity to work on succession planning and private client work as well as Property – retail leasing, commercial and industrial leasing, Banking and finance – transaction documents and enforcement and assisting in M&A - large scale transactions.

To be successful, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple client files and work accurately, efficiently and autonomously.
