Southern Cross Austereo – one of Australia’s most progressive and exciting entertainment based media companies – is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Multimedia Audio Producer to join our Gold Coast based production team.

After some significant changes to our business we are creating a brand new team who will produce some innovative and exciting content including, but not limited to all promotional audio, sweeper comedy segments, TV and online content which will enable us to provide outstanding service to our clients. This role will also be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the department in the absence of the Head of Audio & Vision.

In order to be considered for this role, the successful applicant will have:

• Have a full understanding of production systems including but not limited to ProTools, Nexgen and Adobe, also a general knowledge of Avid Media Composer and Final Cut Pro.
• A minimum of 3 years in audio production experience.
• The ability to audio treat vision. 
• An excellent understanding of what works for different demographics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results driven and delivery focussed.
