What you will be doing?
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior administrator to join a growing Finance Team
What you'll need to bring to the role
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year admin experience coupled with a willingness to learn and develop into a Junior Bookkeeper. This is a role which will see you provide support to our wider team where you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks which include invoicing, data capturing and other general account support duties.
In person you will have:
Excellent communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with internal & external stakeholders;
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills;
A strong attention to detail;
The ability to use your initiative, think intuitively and be pro-active;
A friendly ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be team player with a high level of energy and passion for what you do;
An understanding of accounting systems including Xero, MYOB or similar.
