What you will be doing?
You are the glue that holds a team together and can do so with flair and a great sense of humour. You will be providing day to day support to three Partners across our senior leadership team. You’ll be fully integrated into the team, working with a team of PAs to keep everything running smoothly.
Your high energy and pro-active nature will hold you in good stead when it comes to diary management, team and client communications, arranging travel bookings, and all things support. 

Your amazing people skills, confidence and ability to effectively build relationships, will help you succeed as you are able to deliver outstanding client service as well as work exceptionally in our team and across the business.

Strong written English coupled with excellent formatting and management skills will be relied on for proposal preparation and other client documents. Therefore quality output and presentation is key.

If that’s not enough, you’re switched on and can carry out some financial responsibilities which include billing and debtor management. Keeps the brain stimulated.

What you'll need to bring to the role
Attitude is absolutely everything. As well as being able to pull off the above, you are a highly positive person and can bring your A-game, so you’ll fit right in.
Also, you are flexible and agile. Nothing gets your feathers ruffled and you’re always looking for solutions to problems and new ways to learn and excel.
You’ll have some administrative, PA or Office Management experience and are tech savvy. Whatever piece of software or system you’re required to work on, you can make it work.
