Looking for an exciting Real Estate advisory role?
We are looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our Wellington office. This is your opportunity to become a pivotal part of our highly effective and growing Real Estate Advisory team. Your focus will be to support providing high quality advice to a wide range of clients (occupiers, investors, developers and related stakeholders). Often, such advice will extend to assisting in the sale, purchase and/or leasing of property.

PwC’s Real Estate team works with business (small and large), government, local councils, developers and institutions to solve their most complex property issues.

What would you be doing?
You are self-motivated, confident and proactive and will be good at building solid relationships, both internal and external. You will be involved in delivering independent advice and solutions to optimise our public and private sector clients’ involvement in property. This will be across the following service lines:

• Advisory (strategy, options, feasibility, business case, valuation, modelling, assurance, litigation support)
• Transactions (buy, sell, lease)
• Project direction and transaction management
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting and high profile clients, supporting complex and exciting jobs with talented colleagues within our Real Advisory team, as well as our wider Deals and Consulting practices.

What you'll need to bring to the role
• In-depth knowledge of property markets
• Great analytical skills and software mastery (Word, Excel and Project)
• The ability to assess issues and offer relevant, quality advice in a clear and concise way
• The ability to work with a varied client base and within a project environment involving multi-discipline teams
• Experience in writing quality reports and communications with stakeholders; and
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
