What would you be doing?
You’ll be working in our rapidly growing Consulting practice as part of the Technology team; this team is currently engaged in a multi-year role with a major client where you will be instrumental to the resource and commercial management of the engagement.
Your role will be varied and you will be expected to pick up and own key tasks including;
• Assisting with contractors invoicing and holding our people accountable.
• Assisting with budgeting , forecasting and business case reviews
• Be able to take the initiative, finding and applying improvements to work more effectively and efficiently
• Growing inter territory relationships –between our international network of firms
• Assisting with Excel work; looking into cost/spend, financial analysis and reporting

What you'll need to bring to the role
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with extensive experience – what is more important is a willingness to learn and deliver. As you will be a major point of contact for this project, and its multiple work streams you will be confident in managing multiple priorities and personalities. Ideally you will have an understanding of accounting and finance.

The wider engagement team and your direct manager will look to you to provide timely information on a range of topics, which will require initiative and creative skills to provide the right information in the best way. This team will also look to you to manage budgets and spending for areas, including pulling data for reporting.
You will be switched on and are able to carry out monthly financial responsibilities which include billing and debtor management.
