What would you be doing? PwC’s Auckland Assurance practice has a superb opportunity for a technically focussed Manager or Senior Manager. Working closely with Assurance Leaders, other areas of the business and global contacts, you'll be responsible for assisting audit teams and clients to solve complex accounting issues.
You'll also be involved with financial statement reviews and delivering technical accounting training to the Assurance Practice around the country and to clients.
What you’ll need to bring to the role It is essential you possess strong technical accounting knowledge including a sound understanding of IFRS. It is also vital that you possess broad accounting knowledge gained through practical application.
Your attention to detail and ability to research technical accounting issues will be relied on, delivering high quality results without the need for ongoing supervision. You are a strong communicator and relationship builder, with proven skills in presenting to a group audience.
