Due to growth, our Advisory Line of Service has a number of exciting projects underway with some of New Zealand’s leading organisations. To further build our outstanding National Consulting team, we are looking for high calibre staff to join us in both Auckland and Wellington.
We are seeking an experienced Programme Management Manager who can project manage assignments for some of New Zealand’s leading private and public sector organisations.
Successful applicants will have:
- 5-7 years experience as a consultant;
- A project management qualification or strong track record of managing projects;
- Well developed business acumen and strategic insight. Ability to quickly understand specific business environment and operational and technical challenges;
- Strong client relationship management skills. Confidence to engage with staff at all levels within the client organisation;
- The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. Acceptance of personal accountability and desire for collaboration and team work;
- A high level of energy and motivation with a desire to achieve;
Excellent technical competency and the ability to develop a specific approach that best meets the needs of each individual client;
- Strong written and oral communication skills including well developed facilitation skills;
- Ideally managed projects in one or more of the following areas: shared services, cost reduction, people and change, technology, finance, economics and/or process and operations.
- Relevant work experience in a CA Firm or other mid tier/small consulting firm is essential
