The Opportunity

Due to ongoing business growth, an opportunity has become available for an Administration and Logistics Officer as part of the GiftBox team.  The Administration and Logistics Officer will form a part of the team which reports to the National Operations Manager GiftBox. In this role, the successful applicant will require the confidence and experience to lead by example and hold subordinates to account. With an important focus on stock control, merchandising and sales analysis, there will be a strong requirement for the successful applicant to ensure the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to 

Key Responsibilities Include:

Approval of stores’ orders

Analysing and Entering of Sales Data

Store Support; Ordering, Stock distribution, Managing Stock Levels

High level of communication with product suppliers

What we are looking for

Analytically focussed, you ideally would have previous experience in the retail industry and have strong computing skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Comfortable in analysing data, you will be involved with managing stock and building relationships on a variety of levels

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with a hands – on approach to their tasks and enjoy working in a Team environment

The successful applicant will also have

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Exceptional communication and relationship building skills

Strong analytical skills

Computer literacy, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook

Proven Retail Experience with the desire to take that next step
