We are currently seeking a suitably qualified L&D Coordinator based in our Sydney office. L&D is well aligned to the firm’s business and people strategies, and is a vital function at McGrathNicol. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a real contribution to the firm’s success by supporting the achievement of its business and people strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of our national curriculum and learning pathways, coordination of the Chartered Accountants Program, ownership of the national induction and on boarding process for both lateral hires and our Graduates and Undergraduates, maintenance of the LMS, responding to L&D related queries and other ad-hoc administration support as required. You will also work alongside the L&D and HR Teams on ad-hoc operational and strategic projects aligned to our people strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will possess experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services or financial services environment. You will be a motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels. You must have an intermediate knowledge of MS Office, be deadline driven, yet flexible and adaptable, and possess a strong quality focus.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, in addition to a Cert IV Training and Assessment will be highly regarded.
