Office Administration Manager / Personal Assistant

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Office Administration Manager and Personal Assistant for a minimum of 10 months, based in our Sydney office.
This role will provide support to two senior Partners, as well as managing the wider Administration team and office facilities.
Core duties include, but are not limited to:
Extensive diary and email management for two Partners
Administrative tasks such as writing reports, presentations, letters, agendas and recording minutes
Booking domestic and international travel
Maintaining office condition and liaising with appropriate services (security, cleaners, storage)
Managing performance of, and providing support to, the Administration team
Coordinating and managing events and functions, both internal and external to the office
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a professional services environment. Previous experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant is essential. You will have impeccable organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
