We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Learning and Development Manager based in our Sydney office to oversee our highly-regarded L&D function.  L&D is well aligned to the firm’s business and people strategies, and is a vital function at McGrathNicol.

In this role, you will be partnering with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and provide expert support on the design, development and delivery of high quality, award-winning programs.

Working alongside the national HR team, you will also have the opportunity to design and implement a number of key strategic and operational people priorities aligned to the firm’s business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will possess experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.  You must be a strong people manager and have outstanding influencing and communication skills.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, in addition to a Cert IV Training and Assessment will be highly regarded.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role presents an exciting opportunity to make a real contribution to the firm’s success by supporting the achievement of its business and people strategies.
