Founded in 2004, McGrathNicol is a dynamic advisory firm trusted by blue chip clients to partner with them to devise and implement pragmatic solutions for complex business issues.
We are currently seeking a highly organised, driven and proactive HR Administrator, based in our Sydney office, to provide generalist HR support to over 200 employees and Partners across Australia.
Core duties include, but are not limited to:
Preparing paperwork and correspondence relating to employment conditions
Supporting the HR team across all Undergraduate and Lateral recruitment activities
Coordinating the on-boarding, induction and leaving process
Responding to general HR queries
Maintaining the HRIS and running reports
Ad hoc administration duties, as required
To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with impeccable attention to detail, a professional attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. Ideally you will be degree qualified, with a HR or related major and will have strong MS Office skills.
