The Role
As an Architectural & Design Consultant, you will have the most comprehensive and innovative commercial portfolio including broadloom and modular in tufted and printed formats, woven Axminster, hand crafted carpet and rugs, and timber and resilient flooring.

Your role will be the first point of contact for a range of top architects, designers, construction/building groups and major end users (such as banks, hotel groups, government departments) inBrisbane and surrounding suburbs regarding the Godfrey Hirst and Feltex Commercial range.

You will be utilising your experience and knowledge in the design field to build relationships and networks in order to gain project specifications to have the Godfrey Hirst and Feltex Commercial products specified.

The Person
To be successful in this role you will be able utilise your experience working in the architectural or interior design industry and have a passion, flair and willingness to learn and forge relationships within theQueensland architectural and design community.

With a background working as a designer, architect/building design, interior designer, architectural/interiors drafter or similar, you will have a keen insight and understanding of how architects and designers work, understand their needs/requirements, and have the ability to liaise confidently with clients/firms regarding their current and future projects/flooring specifications.

You will also have exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills. Your enthusiasm, positive attitude and passion for design will be key to your success to ensure that Godfrey Hirst and Feltex Commercial products are at the forefront of the decision makers mind.

This role is ideal from someone seeking to make the transition from an interior design/architectural background into design/architectural focused sales position.
