The Roles Currently extraordinary opportunities exist to work in this large Australian private company and gain experience in a variety of our subsidiaries and locations throughout Victoria, including our corporate Head Office in Geelong, in the fields of Human Resources/Industrial Relations.

The Requirements We are looking for highly motivated, adaptable and talented individuals who are tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a similar field with up to 5 years experience, preferably gained in the manufacturing environment.
Your strengths will be your ability to learn all business and manufacturing facets, and you will possess exceptional communication skills able to communicate with all levels of the business, and enjoy working on a variety of projects in a dynamic, friendly and welcoming team who will challenge, push and motivate you to contribute to the company’s goals.
