About the Role Based at Melbourne International Airport, you will be accountable for providing quality cook to order food from an a la carte. You will support the food and beverage team providing high quality dishes and maintain the hygiene of the kitchen.
Be able to demonstrate solid skills in food preperation and presentation
Maintaining WHS and HACCP policies and procedures
Food Safety including temperature and quality checks, managing cross contamination etc
Preparation of ingredients, garnishes and other associated meal items
Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery (Desirable)
Current Food Hygiene Certificate (Required)
Discounted food and beverage whilst on shift
50%coverage of Aviation Security ID Card
