Delaware North Companies Australia are proud to announce opening positions for casual Chef Supervisors to join our already established culinary team located at the iconic Etihad Stadium. This venue is home to Melbourne’s biggest and most diverse concerts, sporting events and functions.

The successful candidates will have proven experience in managing a culinary operation in a similar high volume environment whilst consistently achieving high standards of operational compliance.

The successful candidates will have:
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of commercial cooking and experience working in an industrial kitchen
• Proven ability in managing, developing and motivating a diverse team of chefs, cooks and stewards
• A passion for food and creative flair
• Friendly and flexible disposition that encourages client and customer feedback and that demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Availability to work nights and weekends according to business demands
