Situated in the new chemistry precinct, Fusion stocks a selection of teas, coffee and offers rolls, paninis, salads, complimented by a cooked to order breakfast and lunch menu.  Casual seating indoor and outdoor.

What will I be doing?

• Supervision of 1 casual employee in the outlet
• Ensure the service areas are clean and maintained
• Monitor stock levels and presentation
• Follow RSA and food safety standards
• Counter service
• Work with Chef ensuring service and hygiene standards are met

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated experience as Cafe Supervisor
• Current WA RSA certificate and Food Hygiene certificate an advantage
• You enjoy working in a small team and getting to know the 'locals'
