Your opportunity
To be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for the analysis, design, development and maintenance of applications with emphasis on innovation and delivering business value.
- Design, develop, test and deploy software applications across multiple platforms.
- Develop high quality solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Deliver solutions using defined architectures, platforms and processes.
- Research and develop innovative solutions using new (emerging) technologies and leading architectures that resolve business issues or enhance business offerings.
- Respond to support calls in a timely and efficient manner working closely with other BT teams. Complete calls within timeframe and with minimal overdue requests.
Prerequisite skills/qualifications
- Must have previous .Net/C# development experience in an e-commerce environment using Microsoft Development Tools
- Web development experience using ASP.Net/MVC or any other popular web site development framework pattern.
- Solid Sharepoint (MOSS 2007) development experience.
- Must have Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related discipline
- Must have working knowledge of SQL Server 2005 and/or 2008
- Basic understanding of networking and data communications
- Competent in OO concepts, principles and design patterns

The ability to build strong relationships and trust within the development team, the project team and with business stakeholders is also important. You must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as good skills in time and resource management.
